Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Flexpertador mobile application provided by YVB. By downloading or using Flexpertador, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Flexpertador does

Flexpertador lets you schedule alarms that open a push-up or squat exercise challenge. On supported iOS and Android devices, you may also choose a mode that blocks selected apps after the alarm time until you complete the challenge. The app uses on-device camera processing to count repetitions and may provide a safety exit or system stop control depending on the device and operating system.

Health and safety

Flexpertador is a general wellness and alarm tool, not a medical device or medical advice. Exercise carries a risk of strain, falls, and injury. Before using a challenge, make sure you have enough clear space, the floor is safe, and the selected movement is suitable for you.

Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or unusual discomfort. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before exercising if you have an injury, health condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether the movements are appropriate for you. Never use the app while driving or in another unsafe situation.

Alarm limitations

Alarm delivery depends on your device, battery level, volume, notification and alarm permissions, operating-system restrictions, focus or do-not-disturb settings, and other conditions outside our control. You should not rely on Flexpertador as the only alarm for emergencies, medication, travel, work, safety-critical events, or any situation where a missed alarm could cause harm or loss.

The optional iOS app-blocking mode depends on Apple Family Controls and Screen Time authorization, which you can revoke in system settings. iOS may limit, delay, or stop scheduled shielding, and system controls remain available. The feature is not an unbreakable parental-control or device-security product.

The optional Android app-blocking mode depends on Accessibility and exact-alarm permissions that you can revoke at any time. It can be disabled through system settings, force-stop, or uninstall, and is not an unbreakable parental-control or device-security product.

Purchases and subscriptions

The exact product, local currency, price, billing period, trial eligibility, and renewal terms shown in the Apple App Store or Google Play purchase sheet control your purchase. Subscription products renew automatically unless you cancel them through your store account before renewal. Deleting Flexpertador does not cancel a subscription. A lifetime purchase is a separate non-consumable purchase and does not automatically cancel an existing subscription.

Restore purchases is provided for eligible prior purchases. Paid access is determined by the entitlement returned by the store and RevenueCat; temporary store, network, account, refund, billing-retry, or verification conditions may delay or remove access.

Permission to use the app

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Flexpertador for lawful personal purposes in accordance with these terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained it.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, redistribute, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app except where applicable law expressly permits it. You may not use the app to harm another person, violate law, or bypass device security controls.

Intellectual property

Flexpertador, including its design, software, graphics, branding, and original content, belongs to YVB or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the app. Updates may change device requirements, permissions, or features. We do not promise that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flexpertador is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, alarm delivery, repetition-counting accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from defects. YVB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will resolve disputes.
