Who this policy is for

This Privacy Policy explains how YVB (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the Flexpertador mobile application on iOS or Android.

Information the app uses

Camera and pose information

Flexpertador asks for camera access when you use an exercise challenge. Camera frames are analysed on your device to identify body landmarks and count push-ups or squats. We do not record, save, receive, or upload camera images or video. The resulting body-position data is temporary and is not retained after the challenge.

Alarm and app data

Your alarm times, labels, challenge settings, app preferences, and completion history are stored locally on your device. This information is used only to operate features you request, such as scheduling an alarm or showing your history.

Optional app blocking on iOS

On supported iPhones, if you choose the Block apps alarm mode, Flexpertador requests Family Controls authorization and uses Apple’s Screen Time frameworks. Apple presents the app and category picker and stores your selection as opaque tokens on your device. Flexpertador uses those tokens only to schedule and apply shields to the apps or categories you chose until you complete the challenge or use an available safety or system control. YVB does not receive your selected-app list or Screen Time activity.

Optional app blocking on Android

If you choose the Block apps alarm mode and explicitly enable Flexpertador in Android Accessibility settings, the app reads only the package name of the app currently in the foreground. It uses that name on your device to decide whether an app you selected should be covered until you complete the challenge. Flexpertador does not use Accessibility to read screen content, messages, passwords, typed text, or actions. Your selected-app list and foreground-app names are not sent to YVB.

System permissions

Depending on your device and the features you choose, Flexpertador may request permission to schedule alarms, display alarm notifications, show an alarm over the lock screen, keep the device awake during a challenge, start an alarm after a device reboot, use the camera for repetition counting, use Apple Family Controls and Screen Time for iOS app blocking, and use Android Accessibility for Android app blocking.

Anonymous offer testing and purchases

Offer assignment and product interactions

The app creates a random installation identifier that is not tied to your name, email address, advertising identifier, or device advertising profile. YVB stores only a one-way keyed hash of that identifier and uses it to keep your device in a stable paywall test group. We may also receive the assigned test, paywall views, selected package type, purchase-attempt result, platform, app and build version, storefront country, and event time. RevenueCat sends YVB the associated anonymous customer identifier, product and Offering identifiers, purchase and renewal events, refunds, transaction currency, and transaction value so we can measure conversion and realized lifetime value for each offer. We do not receive payment-card details.

RevenueCat and the app stores

RevenueCat supplies the products available to your device, returns the store-formatted local price, processes purchase and restore requests with Apple or Google, and tells the app whether the paid entitlement is active. It also sends YVB authenticated subscription-lifecycle events used for the anonymous offer measurement described above. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, subscription status, storefront, and technical information under their own privacy policies. YVB and Flexpertador do not receive your payment-card details.

Information we do not collect automatically

Flexpertador does not require an account and does not automatically collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, advertising identifier, payment-card information, camera recordings, exercise video, body landmarks, alarm labels, exercise history, selected-app list, messages, passwords, or screen content. The app does not include third-party advertising or cross-app behavioural tracking.

Information you send to support

If you choose to contact support, we receive the message and request type you submit. You may optionally provide your name and email address so we can reply. A direct in-app request may also include basic technical context such as platform, app version, language, or device type to help us understand the problem. We use this information only to handle the request and improve the app.

Optional product feedback

If you choose to rate your first challenge or leave a comment inside the app, YVB receives the rating, optional comment, language, platform, app and build version, submission time, and a one-way keyed hash of the random installation identifier. We use this voluntary feedback only to understand and improve Flexpertador. Your private feedback is separate from any rating or review you may choose to submit through the App Store or Google Play.

Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell personal information. Camera processing, exercise data, alarm data, and app-blocking choices remain on your device and are not shared with advertisers or data brokers. Anonymous offer-test data, voluntary product feedback, and support messages may be processed by our hosting providers only as needed to operate those services. RevenueCat, Apple, and Google process purchase-related information as described above.

Retention and deletion

Alarm settings, preferences, selected-app lists, and completion history remain on your device until you change or delete them, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app. Camera frames, foreground-app names, and temporary pose data are not retained by YVB. Anonymous offer assignments and events are kept only while reasonably needed to run and analyse the test, investigate purchase issues, and maintain aggregate results. Voluntary product feedback and support messages are kept only while reasonably needed to understand feedback, respond, maintain support history, and improve the app; you can ask us to delete information you submitted.

Children’s privacy

Flexpertador is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian should supervise exercise and device use by minors.

Security

Keeping camera, exercise, alarm, and app-blocking data on your device limits what is transmitted to us. Anonymous offer-test events and information you voluntarily submit as product feedback or support are transmitted to YVB and protected using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, operating-system account, and backups.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app’s features, permissions, or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
