Delete your SU2KU account

The safest route is inside SU2KU

Delete your account from the Profile tab when possible. If you cannot access the app, YVB accepts a verified request by email. This public page never asks for passwords, tokens, payment details, or store credentials.

01

Delete your account in the app

Open SU2KU, sign in, open the Profile tab, select "Delete account", and confirm. The active YVB account is deleted when the confirmation succeeds.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You can continue to play solo without creating an account.

02

Request deletion if you cannot access the app

Send the request from the email address registered to the SU2KU account. Use the subject "Delete my SU2KU account" and, if you remember it, include only your public SU2KU username. YVB may ask you to verify ownership by replying from that registered address.

Do not send your password, authentication or session token, recovery code, payment-card details, Apple, Google, or Samsung account credentials, or a purchase receipt. YVB does not need any of these secrets to process account deletion.

This page does not collect deletion requests or account secrets through a public form.

Email your request to support@yvb.app.

03

Data deleted with the account

YVB account and social records

Successful deletion removes the active SU2KU account record, including its email address, public username and profile, hashed sign-in credential, active authentication sessions, private relay information, friend requests, accepted friendships, and blocks. It also removes the private push and billing aliases stored with that YVB account.

Where available, YVB also requests deletion of the corresponding push-provider user. Provider-side purchase, advertising, attribution, fraud-prevention, or transaction records are controlled by the relevant provider and may remain under its policy and legal obligations.

Data on your device

Solo games, progress, settings, streaks, unfinished boards, and multiplayer board state are stored on your device rather than in your YVB account. Clear SU2KU app data or uninstall the app to remove that local data from the device.

04

Data that may be retained

Safety, security, and legal records

If an interaction was deliberately attached to a safety report, YVB may retain the report and evidence only as reasonably needed for moderation, enforcement, disputes, legal obligations, and backup cycles. Account links are removed or anonymized where applicable. Limited technical, security, and request logs may also remain for those purposes.

Short-lived multiplayer delivery data

A secret-addressed fallback gameplay snapshot is deleted after the other device acknowledges it and otherwise expires within 30 days. Connection-signaling envelopes expire sooner. Normal Coop quick replies, custom text, reactions, and drawings are not stored by YVB; the only content exception is evidence a recipient deliberately attaches to a safety report.

Independent providers

App stores, RevenueCat, advertising, attribution, and other service providers retain their own records under their policies and legal duties. Deleting a SU2KU account does not cancel a store transaction or delete the store account that made it.

05

Timing and help

In-app deletion removes the active YVB account as soon as the successful confirmation completes. Email requests are processed after YVB verifies that the requester controls the registered account email address.

For questions about deletion or retained data, contact support@yvb.app.
