Acceptance and eligibility

By downloading, accessing, or using SU2KU, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be legally able to accept these terms in your country. A parent or guardian must approve use by a minor where required.

When a signed-in player first taps an available Coop Chat or Draw tool, and again if the interaction-rules version changes, SU2KU displays a gate linking to these Terms and Community Rules. Selecting “Agree & continue” confirms acceptance of the current version for that account on that device and opens the requested tool. Selecting “Not now” leaves Chat and Draw unavailable without blocking the Sudoku board. Incoming interactions remain hidden until the current version is accepted. The accepted version and time are stored only on the device and are not sent to YVB. Clearing app data, reinstalling, or using another device may require acceptance again.

Accounts and multiplayer play

Solo play is available without an account. An account is required for friends and multiplayer. Provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Collaborative mode synchronizes one board between players, directly between their devices when the connection allows it and through a bounded relay snapshot when needed. On compatible versions, it also lets you send quick replies, custom text, reactions, and drawings directly to the selected Coop friend while the data channel is open; this content is not queued or recoverable when the friend is offline. A recipient can block a player, review and reverse that block from Profile, or submit a safety report; when a recent interaction is available, the report screen clearly says that the latest received interaction will be included. Duel mode compares separate progress on the same puzzle and sends the result. Network conditions can delay updates, and reconnecting devices may need to reconcile their latest gameplay state. You are responsible for what you send and for using reports honestly. Do not send illegal, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit or exploitative, graphically violent, harassing, privacy-invading, or otherwise abusive content; do not knowingly submit false or abusive reports; and do not impersonate others, automate play, manipulate results, exploit defects, or interfere with the service.

Ads, purchases, and refunds

The free version may display ads. SU2KU offers an in-app purchase that removes ads for the store account and entitlement covered by the offer shown at purchase. Prices and taxes are displayed by Apple or Google before confirmation. Purchases, billing, restoration, and refunds are subject to the applicable app store terms and policies. Except where required by law or store policy, YVB does not directly process refunds.

License and acceptable use

YVB grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SU2KU for lawful personal entertainment. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, scrape, attack, or bypass the app or service except where applicable law expressly permits it. SU2KU’s software, visual design, brand, levels, and original content belong to YVB or its licensors. You keep ownership of custom text and drawings you create and authorize the app to deliver them directly to the Coop friend you selected. YVB does not receive normal direct content; if the recipient reports the latest interaction, YVB may retain and review that reported evidence only for player safety, enforcement, disputes, and legal obligations.

Availability, suspension, and deletion

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features, levels, multiplayer service, or the app. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect players or the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. You can stop using SU2KU and delete your account in the app at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SU2KU is provided “as is” and “as available” without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or network. YVB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will resolve disputes.
